| Mr. Begelfer is an attorney, licensed to practice law in Israel and New York, with substantial experience in immigration law, corporate law, securities law and intellectual property law. He has knowledge of Russian, Israeli and American business cultures and legal systems. Mr. Begelfer clerked for Judge Baruch Azulay, Vice President of the District Court of Beer-Sheva. He received an LL.M. degree from the Boston University School of Law and LL.B. degree (J.D. equivalent) from the Rishon Lezion College of Management School of Law. Mr. Begelfer is fluent in Hebrew, Russian, English and proficient in French. |
