| Mr. Begelfer is an attorney in the State of New York. His practice focuses on all aspects of immigration law, as well as international and domestic business transactions involving intellectual property and technology, including structuring and negotiating commercial agreements, e-commerce and other general business matters. Mr. Begelfer is admitted to practice law in both New York and Israel. He uses his knowledge of Russian, Israeli and American business cultures and legal systems to help represent Israeli and Russian clients and businesses in the United States and elsewhere. Mr. Begelfer clerked for Judge Baruch Azulay, Vice President of the District Court of Beer-Sheva. Mr. Begelfer received an LL.M. degree from the Boston University School of Law and LL.B. degree (J.D. equivalent) from the Rishon Lezion College of Management School of Law. Mr. Begelfer is fluent in Hebrew, Russian, English and proficient in French. |
